Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please make sure to contact us at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and still, have the original package & gifts attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on our website and never expire.

Shipping

All the shipments from Slovehair.com are FREE.We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.We now use FedEx/UPS/USPS/DHL as our shipping provider to the US. Also use DHL, GES, TNT and DP for other countries.Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Slove Hair does not collect duties or taxes and is not responsible for these charges if your country will be charging duties and taxes to receive your order.
